Article 1. The conditions

The present general terms and conditions of sale apply exclusively between Blood Stone LLC, (hereinafter "the Seller") and any person making a purchase via rank-express.us (hereinafter "the Customer").

The Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter referred to as "T&Cs") are available for review on the rank-express.us website. The conditions can be modified at any time, the applicable conditions are those in force on the websites at the date of the order by the Customer.

Article 3. Legal capacity

The Customer declares to be at least 18 years old and to have the legal capacity or to be the holder of a parental authorization allowing him to place an order on the sites.

Article 4. Acceptance of the conditions

The Customer acknowledges having read, at the time of placing the order, the conditions and expressly declares to accept them without reservation. The conditions prevail over any other stipulation, except for express and written derogation.

Article 5. Order

The automatic recording systems are considered as proof of the nature, content and date of the order. The Customer will receive an email confirming the acceptance of his order at the email address he has provided. The sale will be concluded only as from the confirmation of the order.

Any order placed by a Customer with whom a dispute is in progress at the time of the order may be cancelled by the Vendor at its sole discretion.

The information communicated by the Customer at the time of the order is binding. In case of error in the wording of the recipient's address, the Seller shall not be held responsible for the impossibility of delivering the product.

Article 6. Delivery

After confirmation of the order, the Seller will deliver the products ordered by the Customer by providing a download link within a maximum of 24 hours, from the email confirming the receipt of the order.

All products offered to the Customer are delivered as downloads only.

The Seller undertakes to provide the Customer with valid digital files in working order. However, the Seller is not responsible for the inability of the Customer to use (unarchive, open, read,...) these files as long as this inability is not due to a malfunction inherent to the files sent.

Article 7. Use of the products

All products sold to the Customer are intended for the personal use of the Customer. The Customer is prohibited from reselling all or part of the products, as well as the resale of copies.

Article 8. Payment

The Customer may pay by credit card.

The cards issued by banks domiciled outside of the US must be international bank cards. In case of payment by credit card, the amount of the order is debited only at the time of the shipment of the articles.

In the event that the Customer is late in paying the price, the Vendor shall be entitled to claim late payment interest calculated on the basis of the legal rate in force and applicable as of the day of the summons to pay.

Article 9. Guarantee of refund

The Vendor is contractually committed to reimbursing the Customer on simple request within 90 days of the order, if the Customer is not satisfied with the products and the results obtained.

The refund is made within fifteen days of the expiration of the guarantee period. The refund is made by electronic transfer (Stripe depending on the method chosen at the time of order) and is credited to the account with which the customer made the payment. In exceptional cases where the refund, having been made by the Seller, does not appear on the Customer's bank account, it is the Customer's responsibility to contact his or her banking institution in order to have this amount credited to his or her account. The Seller undertakes to provide proof that the refund has been made on its side and cannot be held responsible if the sum is not correctly re-credited by the banking institution.

Article 10. Protection of personal data

Blood Stone LLC is committed to protecting the Customer's personal data. All personal data concerning the Customer that are collected are treated with the strictest confidentiality, in accordance with the legal provisions in force.

Article 11. Applicable law

The conditions are subject to the US laws, excluding the Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.
